THE HISTORY OF MID-IOWA GLAZING

Mid-Iowa Glazing was established in 1991 by Doug and his father John
Sassman to complement Sassman Glass & Mirror, which serves residential
customers.
As both businesses grew, Doug and his dad decided to focus on residential
glass installation, and sold the Mid-Iowa Glazing name.
While Sassman Glass & Mirror continued to grow in size and reputation
through the 1990’s, the Mid-Iowa Glazing had less success.
In late 2003 Doug was given the opportunity to buy back the
Mid-Iowa Glazing name and telephone number, which he did.
